Gastroenterology Associates, N.A.,P.C. participates in Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shields PMD, United Healthcare, CIGNA, and a variety of other health insurance plans.

We request payment to be made at the time services are rendered unless arrangements have been made in advance. Payments may be made by cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. You are required by your insurance contract to pay all copays at the time of your visit.

If we do not have a contract with your insurance company we will file your insurance as a courtesy, but payment of all charges remains your responsibility. It is important that you realize your insurance contract is between you, your employer, and the insurance company.
